Very elegant, Paula.
I am sure we will all improve with our next one. I am not happy about my ribbon on the heel either.

Hi All,
Well, been battling for some time to get these finished and the paper I had was limited but I wanted to try 2 different colours and extended one to change the look. I think they are one of those things that just need a little practice as I to was looking at all my missed spots!! lol! I haven't finished them as yet as I want to quill the back of the black one and do some edging on the purple one but here they are just in case I get side tracked again and another day goes past.

I wouldn't mind getting some more decent paper to try another one now I have had a practice with these. They are quite enjoyable to make. Has anyone tried one of those purses I left the link for earlier? you can just use card stock for it and they are a tad simpler to make but lovely once quilled and you can use the old lace and buttons too!!

Love both of your shoes Bronwyn and Paula, very very elegant. The nicest part is that they are personalised and so individual which is a signature in itself. What a fantastic gift idea. Can't wait to see yours Clare and your wedding invitations too.

Thanks Clare and Karon for your comments.
Love the colours you chose Karon, especially the pink and black.
I guess we should make a bag as you suggest Karon, to go with our shoes...what have we started here? LOL
