Origami to go with your quilling

Post by Jocelyneliza on 2010-05-08, 09:17

I love origami and I know origami and quilling go well together. I found this site with some useful and easy origami. I love the boxes and have been using the square one with a lid for years. It is great for a small gift and you can add quilling to the lid. I made 120 of them (took ages) as cake boxes for both my nephews weddings. I just put a simple design of a bow and two bells on the lid.

and for a really cute surprise

I hope you enjoy them.

P.S. Just found this one. It is the one I use for the cake boxes.

Hi Jocelyn
This is so great, You know I just love the toot paper fold the best. I use to do a little cleaning at a motel and the first fold is one they use for the rooms. As a joke when I went to friends or family I would do the fold for the next person who came in. Now I can make it a little more elaborate lol!
