Have just been on Inna's blog and saw this double fringed flower and she has put up a tutorial.

Inna is very talented and I love this technique she has come up with. I really love the full flower without the centre.

I must try this. It is very easy to get stuck into the groove of doing the familiar quilled flowers and not trying something new. Wink
