You know I always though most quillers would scrapbook but I have found that many don't. I have also found that many scrapbookers prefer to buy their embellishments rather than make them which has been good for some who have businesses and enjoy their quilling to sell the pieces.

Who likes to do scrapbooking? I know there is always an exception to the rule but what are your thoughts?

I do a fair bit of scrapbooking and often will add some quilling to my pages. One of these days I will take photos to show you. Most of the embellishments that I use on my pages are handmade. Whether I add quilling or not, I do like my pages to be unique and frankly it is a whole lot cheaper to make your own embellishments rather than buy them.

I used to do a lot of quilling for the scrapbooking store in my city and it used to sell really well but unfortunately the store in general didn't do well and went bankrupt. Their overhead was way too expensive. Now we have no scrapbook store where I live.

Before I started quilling I was working on scrapbooking my own pages with my family photos and was hooked. I did all my own embellishmentsand yes it is cheaper,but I injoyed making my own, it made it more personel. Now that I've been quilling it seems I dont have time to scrapbook, so My scrapbooking along with family photos sit in my closet in boxs, I know it's terriable!

I am one of the many who do not do scrapbooking and none of my friends do either. It is something that has never appealed to me but I do appreciate the work that goes into it and have seen some beautiful pages.
