| I have made this pattern here that you can save for yourself to make spiral roses by right clicking then save image jpg. You can attach it to a word processor by "inserting a picture" onto that document and you have made your own. From there you can manipulate the size of the picture to what ever size roses you would like to make. Once you are happy with the size, print them out on coloured paper. Just cut around the spirals starting from the outside. If you use patterned scissors you will get the best effect. Once cut out you can quill your spiral roses with your quilling tool. If you want a bigger picture I will pop one in the gallery for you or if you are having trouble, email me and will send you it through on an email with word doc attached. Please let me know how you go! Karon www.creativequilling.com.au |

| Karon,
Have to wait until I get ink for my printer, but I was wondering how it would look if you just tore them by hand around the spiral before quilling.
Thank you so much for the template. Teddie |

| I bet they would look great Teddie. I'll have to try this with some cardstock but my guess is that I would cut out the spirals first so that I had a constant even edge on the bottom to quill and then tear a little bit off of the tops. If you used a white core or two toned cardstock they should look really pretty. |

| If you cut them out with a pair of craft scissors that have a scalloped edge they come out very realistic. |

| Quilled Creations has come out with a die to cut the spiral roses. Here's a link to them: Roses The only down side is they can't be used with card stock. Only 20 - 25 pound paper. |
