looking for "art"

Post by bruce2069 on 2012-02-25, 05:35

I am in the midst of creating a new website called QuilledArt.com and seeking "quillers" who have creations which I can display on this new website (in the near future).

It is undetermined how I am going to interpret the setup of the new site, but would like interested individuals to provide me some feedback.

This is, in no way, intended to take away from any website which provides quillers the opportunity to display their proud works of art, but to provide them another avenue for exposure and possible sales.

Let me know! Smile

Most people now use blogs or Facebook to display their work.
They can use Etsy to sell too or Made It.

Bruce,
What is your website's name? When can we visit?
Any kind of crafts can be displayed?
Will it be free of charge?

Sorry for all the questions... Very Happy

it's only a splash page right now: QuilledArt.com - not sure how I am going to set it up yet, but I would like it to be a spot on the internet for "quillers" to display their work, maybe sell it on the website - not too sure on this yet.

There will be no charge of course - I make every attempt to create a web page free of charge to visitors, shoppers, etc.

Hope this helps!

Hi Bruce, This sounds a great idea, i am sure looking forward to your new Homepage. There are a lot of Quiller all over the world, but not too many in Switzrland. I have been trying to get people interested in this art, this is why I do exhibitions presenting them to Quilling. May be this would be interesting for us in Switzerland and would encougage more people to do thiswork of art. Thanks again for the great idea great job Bruce good luck your ideas will develope as you go on

Hi Sheree....yeah, I do some quilling, but haven't been lately as I've been updating my other websites over the past few months, but I am going to create a piece that I want to be in my main page as a display - just not sure what to create yet...have to think about it Razz ...

and Toye...nice to meet you on here Smile - I will provide an update down the road when it's up and running. More than likely, it will be a future home of quillers to display their quilled art for sale - will update this post down the road!

Happy quilling!
